All other unworn, unused items you would like to return for a full refund must be sent back to the ElyseRyan distribution center within 30 days of receipt of product in original packaging with tags on. All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days of purchase. Once your item is purchased, you will receive an immediate confirmation of purchase receipt, and then once it is shipped you will also receive a shipment tracking email.
